Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites operated by NextGenCode (including www.nextgencode.dev and product pages such as https://www.nextgencode.dev/apps/orderflow) and our Shopify applications, including OrderFlow (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store you connect to our apps. You must comply with Shopify's terms and applicable laws.
2. Services description
NextGenCode provides software tools for Shopify merchants. OrderFlow enables order data export, templates, and optional scheduled delivery. Features may change as we improve the product. We may add new apps under the NextGenCode brand; each app is subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise.
3. Account & installation
Installing an app requires granting API permissions via Shopify OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account and for activity under your store.
4. Plans & billing
- Free plans include usage limits described in the app (e.g. exports per month).
- Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Shopify Admin.
- We may change pricing with notice; existing subscribers may retain launch pricing where advertised.
- Refunds follow Shopify's app billing policies unless required otherwise by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer or overload our systems, resell the Services without permission, or export data you are not authorized to access.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of your store data. We process it only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you use exported files and for complying with laws applicable to your customers' data (including GDPR where relevant).
7. Intellectual property
NextGenCode, OrderFlow, logos, and app code are our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for your store while installed.
8. Third-party services
Our apps integrate with Shopify and may use third-party infrastructure (hosting, email). Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTGENCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU USE ONLY FREE FEATURES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NextGenCode against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may uninstall our apps at any time via Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new date.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
