2. Czym jest Zagroda. Gra mobilna na Androida. Wiek 13+. Nie kierujemy gry do dzieci. Zakupy w aplikacji (IAP) gdy sklep Google Play jest włączony.
3. Co gra zapisuje u Ciebie. Postęp głównie lokalnie na urządzeniu (plik zapisu): poziom, waluty, magazyn, budynki, ustawienia, opcjonalne imię i awatar. Odinstalowanie kasuje ten zapis. Na drodze (Trakt) Unity Gaming Services trzyma anonimowy identyfikator, imię wyświetlane oraz kartki / przysługi, żeby dwa telefony widziały tę samą drogę. Bez e-maila i hasła. Token sesji zostaje na telefonie.
4. Czego nie robimy. Nie prowadzimy kont Google / Apple / Steam w grze. Multi = trakt (droga), anonymous UGS. Nie wpinamy reklam. Nie wpinamy analityki firm trzecich w grze. Nie sprzedajemy danych. Kartki filtrujemy; zgłoszenia kasują treść.
5. Discord. Przycisk w grze i na stronie otwiera Discord. Jeśli dołączysz, obowiązuje polityka Discord. NextGenCode nie dostaje Twojego hasła Discord.
6. Google Play i system. Sklep, IAP i Android mogą przetwarzać dane wg swoich polityk. Unity na urządzeniu: Authentication, Lobby, Cloud Save (droga). Nie dodajemy Unity Analytics.
7. Uprawnienia. Internet (droga + Discord), opcjonalna wibracja, otwarcie przeglądarki / Discord. Nie żądamy kontaktów, lokalizacji ani mikrofonu.
8. Podstawa i czas. Lokalny zapis jest potrzebny, żeby gra działała. Trwa, dopóki trzymasz aplikację i dane. IAP rozlicza Google.
9. Twoje prawa (RODO / EOG). Dostęp, sprostowanie, usunięcie, ograniczenie, sprzeciw, skarga do UODO (https://uodo.gov.pl). W praktyce usunięcie postępu = odinstaluj / wyczyść dane aplikacji. W sprawie tej polityki: mattemzet@gmail.com
10. Dzieci. Usługa od 13 lat. Jeśli jesteś rodzicem i uważasz, że dziecko poniżej 13 korzysta z gry, napisz na mattemzet@gmail.com

2. The game. Zagroda is an Android game on Google Play. Ages 13+. Not directed at children. In-app purchases when the store is live.
3. What the game stores. Progress is mainly local on the device (save file): level, currencies, storage, buildings, settings, optional display name and avatar. Uninstalling deletes that save. On the road (Trakt) Unity Gaming Services keeps an anonymous ID, a display name, and cards / favors so two phones can see the same road. No email and no password. The session token stays on the phone.
4. What we do not do. We do not run Google / Apple / Steam accounts in the game. Multi = the road (Trakt), anonymous UGS. No ads. No third-party analytics SDKs in the game. We do not sell data. We filter cards; reports remove content.
5. Discord. The in-game and site button opens Discord. Discord’s policy applies if you join. NextGenCode never receives your Discord password.
6. Google Play and the OS. The store, IAP and Android may process data under their policies. Unity on the device: Authentication, Lobby, Cloud Save (road). We do not add Unity Analytics.
7. Permissions. Internet (road + Discord), optional vibration, opening a browser / Discord. No contacts, location, or microphone.
8. Legal basis and retention. The local save is required to run the game. It lasts until you remove the app or its data. IAP is processed by Google.
9. EEA rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority (Poland: uodo.gov.pl). In practice, erase progress by uninstalling or clearing app data. Contact: mattemzet@gmail.com
10. Children. 13+. If you believe a child under 13 is using the game, email mattemzet@gmail.com
