- use the Plugin to violate applicable law.
3. License types
- Free features may be used without payment.
- Premium features require a valid paid license or trial obtained via JetBrains Marketplace (or another channel authorized by Developer).
- Trial duration and commercial/personal license types follow the terms shown at purchase on JetBrains Marketplace.
4. Ownership
The Plugin and all related IP remain property of Developer. This EULA does not transfer ownership.
5. Privacy
The Plugin is designed to analyze local file content in your IDE to detect secrets and env-file issues. See the Privacy Policy: https://www.nextgencode.dev/privacy
6. Disclaimer
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Developer does not guarantee that every secret or leak will be detected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or secrets arising from use of the Plugin. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 0 for free use).
8. JetBrains
This EULA is between you and Developer. JetBrains is not a party to this EULA for the Plugin, except where JetBrains Marketplace terms separately apply to purchase/billing.
9. Termination
This license ends if you breach this EULA or when your paid subscription/license ends. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Plugin.
10. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, this EULA is governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers in the EEA keep mandatory local protections.
